There definitely will be others and I know Bill's plan is to keep the focus on shows in the middle of the pack where the outcomes are not obvious.
Dirty Sexy Money and Big Bang Theory were the next candidates on the list, but since Bill already did one CBS show he might be swayed by your suggestion and do Chuck sooner.

RENEW! This is a very entertaining show, with lots of potential. Of all of the new shows that I have been tracking (Journeyman, Bionic Woman) this is the one that has grabbed me the most. It has suspense, intrigue, romance, mystery, a little angst, surprise, humor, an extremely attractive cast and always leaves me anxiously awaiting the next episode! Although I do enjoy the plethora of crime/CSI/law/order shows, as well as the hospital/health clinic programs, this provides us with a different genre. And enough of the reality shows already. Why do people enjoy seeing others get humiliated? Yuck!

RENEW! It's been a long time since a show has captivated me the way this one has. It has amazing potential. From the first day, wheels have been set in motion that could take several seasons to work out. And I like their fresh take on the vampire lore. It's not another Angel/Buffy ripoff. It's original enough to stand on it's own. I really hope this show is around for the long haul!

I love this show and want it to be renewed. Friday is always a tricky night but I like the fact that it's paired with Ghost Whisperer. Really great shows are really lacking this season but I would call this one the best.

Very interesting and entertaining program subject that has not been created on t.v. before. I happened to accidentally tivo this program due to a time delay due to sports. Was a very nice surprise and I certainly hope it continues.

It's just not for me. The vampire thing has never been my millieu and although I like Sophila Myles (she did a great ep of Doctor Who, also) the guy leaves me cold. (No pun intended)
Having said that, I've heard scuttle that we will at least hear about an additional script order before the week's out.
So far that's not confirmed.

Mickey, If you're a Nielsen family, your DVR viewing is measured along with your Live viewing by the people meters installed in your home. If you're not one of the 12,000 people meter families, you just watch for fun like the rest of us!

I really enjoy watching "Moonlight", usually have to try and catch it on CBS.COM because of Football Friday nights and prior commitments....this is one of the best shows of the new season...renew, renew, renew! Great chemistry begin character and not so crude that my young children can't watch.

This show definitely deserves to be renewed. It's actually the only show that I not only watch live, I have a Season Pass for it on my Tivo, and have actually bought the episodes from Amazon Unbox.
Each week I find something new that I like about it. Mick St. John has always been a great character but we keep seeing sides of him that draws one in. Alex O'Loughlin is a well-rounded actor and not afraid to be vulnerable. Sophia Myles is showing the world that a woman CAN be a strong character and not be a "b". Watching Jason Dohring is full of surprises. How he can put so much into just his eyes is incredible. And the writers have kept us on our toes.
Order the rest of the episodes, CBS! You've got a hit on your hands.

I watched the premiere and I was hooked and am now a rabid fan. I haven't been this OBSESSED with a show since I was a teen. I'm a 31-year-old married mother and I am acting like a school girl.
I'm sure the hotness that is Alex O'Loughlin is to blame for that, but it has so much more in the way of great chemistry, acting, writing and story. Who isn't a sucker for forbidden love and TRUE romance?
CBS I BEG you, please keep moonlight. I may just die if I can't see Mick St. John each Friday night.

Lets face it, this show has all the right ingrediants to be a hit. One of the main ingrediants is thats its different!! I'm sick of the cop shows, the reality junk, and the bed hoping overly made up women shows. This show has something for everyone! Humor, romance, suspence, and good writing. The numbers, ratings wise, look good to me. This show deserves a chance. An established audience has been proven by the ratings. A core audience that is showing dedication each week. All I can say to the ones who arent watching, TUNE IN!

A little excessive, but I want to be able to take the show with me to work, and watch it on computers that don't have iTunes.

RENEW, RENEW, RENEW, RENEW!!! I LOVE this show & haven't been as ga-ga about an actor since (almost giving my age away here...)I first watched Tom Selleck in Magnum PI. I don't watch "reality" JUNK, Ghost Whisperer (a rip off of Medium) or Numbers but will NEVER, NEVER miss Moonlight. I even scour the web for previews of upcoming weeks. The feedback I get from everyone I mention Moonlight to is that they've never heard of it. How 'bout some commercials CBS?
I hope Moonlight runs many seasons & ends w/ Mick & Beth living happily immortally after.

I have not fallen so hard for a TV show since I watched the X-Files those many years ago. The whole cast and crew of Moonlight have created something magical and captivating and all they need from CBS is the very sunshine that makes real Moonlight possible. How do they do that you ask, shine a little light.. pick-up a full season and then sign for two. If CBS will give it then I am sure they'll get a full moon!!

Please do renew this show. I am new to the time slot and love it! I do NOT watch Ghost Whispereer nor did I watch Close to Home last year and know 2 others that love ML but did not watch earlier so CBS is picking up new viewers even on the slow Friday night. I'd love to see this show in another time slot where it could soar to its true potential. It far surpasses Cane in terms of entertainment value but Tuesday night has more overall viewers which makes Cane look superior to Moonlight just by the numbers!

It's so great to have a show to share with my husband. We're both 30-somethings and CBS devotees, and Moonlight is what we watch each & every Saturday morning (on Tivo) after our Friday 'date night'. He loves the crime drama aspect of Moonlight, as he's an avid watcher of NCIS, Shark, The Unit, Numb3rs, Cold Case, & Without a Trace. I love the funny bits and the love story, as I'm a fan of Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, & Rules of Engagment, and like my mother and grandmother before me, I've been hooked on Young and the Restless, As the World Turns, and Guiding Light for years and years.
We would so hate to lose this show, no longer able to curl up on the sofa together and watch Moonlight on my husband's Tivo (his is HD) and talk about it over coffee and pancakes, rather than each go to our separate Tivos and watch whatever, as we used to do.

This intriguing and thoroughly enjoyable series should be renewed. I was hooked on Mick from the first promos shown last summer. I am not a fan of the genre, but Moonlight is addictive. This is the little series that could, given half a chance. My main concern is how CBS treated Magnificent 7 and its fans years ago. I still have a bad taste in my mouth about that. So, I'm really hoping that CBS renews Moonlight. Oh, and um, Alex is so hot.

Renew!! This and Reaper are the best 2 shows on at the moment, both make up exceedingly for the disappointing new seasons of Heroes and Prison Break this year. I wouldn't be surprised if it was cancelled though, it seems lately far too many good shows have been axed before their time, Firefly and Tru Calling to name a few.

Definetly renew....at least order a full season. I know that would be kinda tough right now with the writer's strike, but they shouldn't be so hasty to axe because of that. I hope CBS will give Moonlight a chance...and gives us and the cast/crew some hope!! And if they did a little more PR, and not leave *everything* up to fans to advertise (and we are trying to spread the word!), they might see an increase in ratings. A Moonlight ardent fan. It seems all the younger viewers are writing in. I am a grandmother of 7 and age 66....I absolutely think this is the best show since the inception of CSI. You have a winner. Went to a halloween street party. Listening into a exhuberant conversation, I realized they were talking about Moonlight. A group differing in ages from 12 to 70....everyone agreed this is great . Very good chemistry with the cast. He is just gorgeous. You definitely have a show that keeps a grandmother home on Friday night. A winner!

Love this show!! I'm totally addicted. Sexy, new and hot!!! Wow! The lead Mick/Alex is perfectly cast as a "good" vampire! Rest of the cast is terrific too. Beth, the love interest is a strong, sexy opinionated woman. Adore her! The story line is constantly intriguing and goes where you don't expect it to go. Keeping it really interesting. Now Mick's ex, Corline, has been introduced, keeping us guessing again. I really like Mick's friend, Joseph too. This is a fun, hot, new, adult and really different vampire show! I love it!!! Beautifully shot too!

RENEW!!! Man, I've grown to love this show so much, it's def. the show I look forward to the most each week (though I only have two shows--please CBS have pity!), even more so than Bones (which I do adore--yet this week, when I had both a Bones and a Moonlight epp to catch up on, I picked Moonlight to watch first--which is telling for me...).
But yeah, I love this show, and so am so worried about it, esp. with the writer's strike, and the TV grid thing which says Moonlight hasn't received a full season order, but uses the word "yet" for all the other shows--as if it were still to be determined for the other shows, but not for Moonlight...hope that's not true! *bites nails*

i love this show they have to keep this tantalizing shows going. this is such a great cast. i think that the longer it plays, the better it will get. you become one with each character that is in this show. mick is trying so hard to not take advantage of beth and beth is trying to convince herself she has a boyfriend.(but doesn't really love him) she loves a vampire but is slightly afraid to tell him. together they are great. with this affair no affair situation.it keeps you wanting more. lets see what is next. great show.

Renew!! I haven't seen a show this good since the first season of Prison Break!! And I wasn't as obsessed with that show as I am with Moonlight. Great characters, great actors, great writing. It would break my heart to see it go. So definitely renew!!

Renew! Each week, I eagerly anticipate Moonlight, a haunting pleasure I savor by myself. The yearning, slipping into erotic, chemistry of Beth and Mick really fascinates me--and secretly benefits my husband when, after watching the show, I yearn for him to fulfill my desires! What fun! Seriously, I'm counting on CBS to order another season. I really hope that this show will be renewed. It really seems like it would be stupid for CBS not to. It's been gaining viewers after losing some to the debut of Woman's Murder Club. And most importantly, it is doing well for it's night. Comparing Moonlight to Cane or other new shows on other nights is inappropriate due to the fact that Friday night is on average a weaker night in general. Moonlight is #2 for it's time slot and #1 for younger viewers - the ones advertisers want to see their ads. It is no CSI, but not very show is going to be a CSI. Some shows are like NCIS which become quiet hits over time. I can easily see Moonlight doing that.

At the end of tonight's episode there was no information given on future episodes. I have a bad feeling that this interesting program is doomed. Yes, it has appeal to people in my demographic--not a demographic sought supposedly by advertisers. When will they catch on that people like me have disposable income to buy their products?

I really really enjoy this show !! It has Mystery, suspence , and the chemistry between Mick & Beth Is WOW !!!! Alex is amazing, the guy can act and so easy on the eyes !!!!!!!! Joel Silver has to make those writers work alot harder --- they are insulting the FANS (ME)intelligence by giving us weak scripts !!! Yesterday's story 11\23 was awful!!! RENEW!!!! I LOVE this show, and I think CBS needs to be the better station and KEEP shows like this on. This show could be just as big, if not bigger than ANGEL, X-FILES, and if anyone remembers DARK SHADOWS. Hopefully CBS will take stock of all of our replies and do what they need to do.
Because I have the awful feeling that if they don't renew they might just lose some ratings on other shows instead.
I also think that a little more previews/teasers of the show during the long workweek and at night wouldn't hurt anything either, might actually gain a few more fans.

Moonlight is absolutely THE BEST show on TV. I do have some other shows I like to watch, but if I happen to miss them it's no big deal. However, MOONLIGHT is one show I absolutely will not miss. I am completely addicted to the characters, and the chemistry between them. I love the story lines, the modern day vampire without all the phony demons and goblins. Alex O'loughlin is the hottest new star to come along in a long time. Also Sophia Myles is wonderful in her roles. All the characters add a different dimension to the show. CBS must renew this and not let the Moonlight fans down!

CBS-PLEASE RENEW THIS SHOW! My husband & I are not big TV watchers, particularly not this genre, and we watched Moonlight by accident around the fifth episode - and became instant fans! They sent peanuts to save Jericho. Do we need to send blood to save Moonlight? It's one of the best and well written shows that has come out in years! I'm in the 30's female category, and was curious to check out the "new vampire" show when it began. I was completely hooked immediately by the characters (their realism, vulnerability and humor) as well as the awesome romantic tension of the storyline from day one. I have all episodes on DVR and watch them a lot. Something I'd normally be embarrassed about, but I'm not. It's that good. The storylines get better and I just dig out more depth and detail. I've gotten my whole family into it too. I love this show....what do we need to do to save it? Normally I'd let it go, but I feel like I need to throw in my 2 cents. There's nothing this good out there! PLEASE RENEW!

This should be a no brainer for CBS...it's different and has a captive audience. We have never been Friday night tv people - we always went out to dinner with friends. Now, we're addicted...even my husband! I love the Ghost Whisperer, Moonlight combo - remember that not all shows gain instant popularity...look at Grey's Anatomy - most people that are fans didn't start watching until the second season. I can tell you from searching the internet, that this show has an established fan base that CBS will lose on that night if they ditch Moonlight. PLEASE KEEP THIS SHOW ON THE AIR - it's a wonderful change to the rest of what's out there!

I make a point to catch this show every week, whether live, DVR'd, or on cbs.com. The story is gripping, the character development is getting more intense, and it should most definitely be kept by CBS!
My friends and I love the show, and the loyal fan base is growing. The gamer community approves. We like where it's going, and can't wait to see what happens next! We're talking about it all week, and it makes Friday night even more anticipated.
I will be buying the DVD set as soon as it becomes available. The show owns, hands down.

The low ratings may be due to the time slot. A lot of people are out partying on Friday nights. I Tivo it so I don't miss it. As someone else here mentioned... it's also the only show I watch on CBS. You guys got a good thing here. Hope you won't let it fall through the cracks.

after last nights episode we need to see more episodes this is just one hell of a thrill ride. beth and mick are just so hot together i would be really heart broken if i wouldn't be able to see them both together a couple of seasons.

Both my 6 and 8 yr olds absolutely love this show. They have watched from day one and it is their Friday treat. I think they enjoy the idea of vampires being the good guys for once!

RENEW! I really do enjoy the witty back an forth that takes part between all the characters. The show caught my attention while flicking channels one friday night during the second episode and I have watched it every night since then. Moonlight provides entertainment on a night when, let's face it,not too much else is on. Yes, I do agree that the show is faced with a difficult night as it's on friday (when the target audience is away from the tv), but I think it also offers a new and different spin on the old view of vampires. As for viewers numbers being lower due to it's night, people can always tape the show and watch it later. Ah, technology is a wonderful thing. Thanks to everyone responsible for this great show.

i know i have been on here before but i just feel that i should get my vioce heard. renew it cbs. i know that you guys saying that there is a possibility of it being renewed but i need to know now if it will be. please make it all the moonlight fans chrismas gift. cause we can't help but love this show. the actors who play mick and beth do a very good job we can't help it but love them. this is a better show than buffy the vampire and the WB's show Angel. this is 100 times better and funnyer, cooler and just so danm hot. plus you guys broke the rules about crosses, garlic, holy water, sun light and steak you guys make it seem like they really are human that is so cool.

I watch an average amount of TV and had never visited a blog, chat room, opinion sites, fan sites, etc. but having come across the show Moonlight I look forward to Fridays & that's an understatement!! I tape the episodes, & watch them over and over. It's not just because Mick is one sexy vamp detective. In my opinion he is a very skilled and professional actor. I happen to think in this case, there is some very gifted cast members in this show. I truly enjoy the characters, story lines, set deco's and lighting, wardrobe, wonderfully done music, the depth and mystery of the plot lines, the sensuality.... I like it all. With that said, I also realize everyone is entitled to their opinions. With Moonlight I look forward to the next storyline and where the writers, the shows characters are going to take us in the next weeks episode. Finding something you really enjoy and are passionate about doesn't come very often. Chatting about a show you enjoy, posting opinions, checking out fan sites, voting, etc has been a wonderful new thing for me. Try something new for those of you who haven't , you might find you like it as much as we do and if you don't I'm sure there are other shows that'll come along and strike your fancy........ Moonlight is the best new show of this season. It is visually stunning, and is well written. All of the ensemble cast are talented actors, and Alex O'Loughlin plays Mick St. John to perfection.
Moonlight has an ever increasing loyal and supportive fan base. We love the show, and we want to see it run for a long time.
There is so much garbage on tv now with all of the reality shows that it was a real pleasure to have a show of this exceptional quality come along.
Besides the fact that the show is a quality production, Alex is charismatic, good-looking and is a very fine actor. He is an amazing talent, and he inspires many fans to watch and to tell their friends to watch as well.
Don't take away the best show we were given this season.

This is a great show! The writers show that they know what makes a TV relationship very romantic and sexy!
There is something about a couple in love who can't quite get together that makes one ache for more. That's why the series Frazier went downhill after Niles and Daphne got together.
Alex O'Loughlin is the sexiest vampire in years!!!
I also want to point out that they cancelled the original Star Trek series after only a few short seasons due to "lack or ratings," but look what it turned into.
This show is worth waiting for word of mouth.

I want CBS to renew Moonlight. As far as I am concerned its the Best New show of all networks. I am a huge fan of this type of genre. I think this show brings all the elements, plus its done intelligently and with humor. Besides all of that the lead Alex O'Loughlin is the next best thing from down under. I think if they promote and give this show a go it will pay off big. Each week before reruns and the holidays this show was catching on with more viewers and the shows were getting better each week. Please CBS renew!!

I definitely think this show should be renewed. To be honest it is the only 'new' show this season that has actually held my interest and made me 'think ahead' to my Friday night TV viewing. The character development is coming along nicely, the scripts remain high quality, and the overall tone of the show really draws the viewer in. Just the right balance of drama, action and humor to keep everyone happy. The cast is young and attractive. They interact so well you'd think this show had existed for much longer than just a half season so far.

What is CBS waiting for? This show has shown such growth and has become an addiction for so many. I can't tell you how many times in the last few weeks I have heard people raving about this show. And, I thought I was alone...... CBS you have an exceptional show with sooooo much to offer. Renew it, because 10 million People's Choice Members do not lie! Just like the Sun needs the moon, so does Friday night need excitement, addiction and especially Moonlight!

RENEW! Of course. This is the best new show of Fall 2007 and my all-time favorite show! It is addicting. Alex/Sophia are a sweet couple and I love Alex's acting! He says so much with his eyes, without saying a single word! So talented! The fact that he is so HOT and sexy is an added bonus!
This show is so going to be cancelled. The ratings are pretty bad for CBS. And everyone knows that the only reason Moonlight won for PPCA was that 5 crazy fans probably just continued to vote all day...because it was definitely NOT the most popular show out of the three.

What an injustice, Moonlight has not been renewed by CBS! With the millions of viewers this show has and the tremendous support, this is a no brainer. What is up at CBS? I appreciate the 4 new episodes, but no announcement of renewal for the best show ever on TV, is a slap in the face. It shows me CBS does not value the millions of viewers this show has brought this network! SHAME on you CBS! You don't recognize a real winner when it's right if front of your face. my whole household looked foward every week to watching moonlight, even my husband the avid football fan would have me record it for him. Moonlight and Cane are the only shows we liked to sit down together and watch as a family.
Everyone needs a little entertainment and fantasy in their life and moonlight delivered that. Try taking a few of the raunchy comedies off the air like New adventures of the old Christine, and Two and a half men, and give us some real great entertainment and fantasy. I am 39yrs old and tired of seeing the same ol same ol on the cbs line up durring the week. so put these two shows back on before your cbs audience begins a boycot. I will be the first in line to initiate such an action. We want our moonlight, we want our cane.

This is the best show on TV, period. I only watch about three shows, CSI, Ghost Hunters, and Moonlight, and it is the only one I will not miss!!!
My mom and I get together every friday night to watch, and have been watching DVR'D episodes since the writers strike. We are anxiously awaiting the new episodes starting on April 25th, and also looking forward to a second season!!!

My husband has always been a 'vampire' fan and, finally, with MOONLIGHT, there is a show that we can both get into. We stay at home on Fridays just to watch it. It's clever and the leads' chemistry is great. We thought that it was a shoe in for renewal until the writer's strike and now it seems to be fighting for its life! We both hope that CBS will stick with it. We've got our fingers and fangs crossed!

Please don't cancel moonlight. I really love this show. I had the same thing happen to me with Bloodties and I was real upset. I hope they keep this show all my friends and family watch this show. Moonlight is a great show and my favorite. They actually put a very modern twist onto vampires and it's not all lame and boring. It's really interesting, full of mystery, romance and hot vampires! What more do you want! It's a great show and a show hasn't made me cry in a very long time and there has been some episodes of moonlight that got me to cry.

I really love this show. I tried it out in the fall with the mindset that it would not be good, but after watching one show, I was surprised that I really, really liked it. Now I'm a huge fan of it - the writing is really good, the cast is spectacular in my opinion, and I like the introspective outlook they gave to Mick's character. I always come away thinking about some aspect of the show and how it relates to life. PLEASE DON'T CANCEL THIS SHOW!!! It's smart, different, and really insightful. It's amazing how a character who has had life taken away from him can help an audience appreciate what it takes for granted everyday. I really like that about the show. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT AWAY!!

I am in my 40's and absolutely love this show....I have NOT missed one episode since it first aired. My friend and neighbour who is in her 30's is as hooked as I am. This is the only night and the only show we get together and watch. I can NOT believe it is or may be cancelled??? If cbs does not want this wonderful show.....I hope that another network will pick it up. This will be cbs's loss and another networks gain....you will see. I agree with all of the above messages. Moonlight is a great show, the chemistry between the two main characters is great. CBS and NBC are famous for messing around with time slots or not putting a show on for a couple of weeks then they expect it to be at top ratings once they decide to put it back on. They have done the same thing to Shark, which is also being cancelled. CBS needs to wake up and listen to their viewers, better yet the sponsors need to listen to the viewers. Bring back Moonlight.

I can't believe that they want to cancel a show that won the peoples choice award. I mean come on. What the hell is wrong with CBS? I don't usually watch TV but when I discovered this show I absolutely loved it. This show is the only reason I watch on friday's at all. They have so many lame shows on now that I don't bother with the TV anymore. But Ghost Whisperer is one I love to watch and Moonlight is the other. If you ask me they will lose money by canceling it rather than gain any. PLEASE DON'T CANCEL THE BEST SHOW ON TV !!!!!!!!!

Please don't cancel Moonlight. It may seem like people are not as interested in it as other shows, but there are enough people out here who would be very upset if you cancelled it.

Why are you canceling "Moonlight"? CBS hasn't even given it a chance. We love this show. It is top on our list of programs. You are making a big mistake and I hope if you do drop it another network will be smart enough to pick it up. I don't understand CBS's thinking when it not only appeals to the young but also to us "baby boomers". You truly should rethink your decision.

please cbs your making a mistake taking off the best show in a long time on tv, as a big fan, you will loose alot of fans to your station! please another station pick it up, this show has potential! a very sad fan, we love friday nights with gw, and moonlight! I never missed it either, very sad!

Keep moonlight, i love this show. i wish that i was on everyday, who ever had the idea of canceling it is a retard!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im 16 and love this show most teens my age do!!!!!!!! so keep more moonlight episodes coming!!!!!!!1

Each week I find something new that I like about it. Mick St. John has always been a great character but we keep seeing sides of him that draws one in. Alex O'Loughlin is a well-rounded actor and not afraid to be vulnerable. Sophia Myles is showing the world that a woman CAN be a strong character and not be a "b". Watching Jason Dohring is full of surprises. How he can put so much into just his eyes is incredible. And the writers have kept us on our toes.
Order the rest of the episodes, CBS! You've got a hit on your hands.

I watched the premiere and I was hooked and am now a rabid fan. I haven't been this OBSESSED with a show since I was a teen. I'm a 31-year-old married mother and I am acting like a school girl.
I'm sure the hotness that is Alex O'Loughlin is to blame for that, but it has so much more in the way of great chemistry, acting, writing and story. Who isn't a sucker for forbidden love and TRUE romance?
CBS I BEG you, please keep moonlight. I may just die if I can't see Mick St. John each Friday night.

I have not fallen so hard for a TV show since I watched the X-Files those many years ago. The whole cast and crew of Moonlight have created something magical and captivating and all they need from CBS is the very sunshine that makes real Moonlight possible. How do they do that you ask, shine a little light.. pick-up a full season and then sign for two. If CBS will give it then I am sure they'll get a full moon!!
It's an excellent show the cast and crew have a created an unique perspective into the vampire genre and I hope it sticks around for a long while!

It's so great to have a show to share with my husband. We're both 30-somethings and CBS devotees, and Moonlight is what we watch each & every Saturday morning (on Tivo) after our Friday 'date night'. He loves the crime drama aspect of Moonlight, as he's an avid watcher of NCIS, Shark, The Unit, Numb3rs, Cold Case, & Without a Trace. I love the funny bits and the love story, as I'm a fan of Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, & Rules of Engagment, and like my mother and grandmother before me, I've been hooked on Young and the Restless, As the World Turns, and Guiding Light for years and years.
We would so hate to lose this show, no longer able to curl up on the sofa together and watch Moonlight on my husband's Tivo (his is HD) and talk about it over coffee and pancakes, rather than each go to our separate Tivos and watch whatever, as we used to do.
Moonlight is the best thing about Fridays!
Renew. Moonlight fans will raise the ratings.

But yeah, I love this show, and so am so worried about it, esp. with the writer's strike, and the TV grid thing which says Moonlight hasn't received a full season order, but uses the word "yet" for all the other shows--as if it were still to be determined for the other shows, but not for Moonlight...hope that's not true! *bites nails*

This show is the highlight of my week! Alex O'Loughlin is a gem among stones and I adore the cast more and more with each new episode! There's so much potential in this show compared to others with the actors' great chemistry!
Because I have the awful feeling that if they don't renew they might just lose some ratings on other shows instead.
I also think that a little more previews/teasers of the show during the long workweek and at night wouldn't hurt anything either, might actually gain a few more fans.

The low ratings may be due to the time slot. A lot of people are out partying on Friday nights. I Tivo it so I don't miss it. As someone else here mentioned... it's also the only show I watch on CBS. You guys got a good thing here. Hope you won't let it fall through the cracks.

Moonlight is the best new show of this season. It is visually stunning, and is well written. All of the ensemble cast are talented actors, and Alex O'Loughlin plays Mick St. John to perfection.
Moonlight has an ever increasing loyal and supportive fan base. We love the show, and we want to see it run for a long time.
There is so much garbage on tv now with all of the reality shows that it was a real pleasure to have a show of this exceptional quality come along.
Besides the fact that the show is a quality production, Alex is charismatic, good-looking and is a very fine actor. He is an amazing talent, and he inspires many fans to watch and to tell their friends to watch as well.
Don't take away the best show we were given this season.
There is something about a couple in love who can't quite get together that makes one ache for more. That's why the series Frazier went downhill after Niles and Daphne got together.

I also want to point out that they cancelled the original Star Trek series after only a few short seasons due to "lack or ratings," but look what it turned into.

Everyone needs a little entertainment and fantasy in their life and moonlight delivered that. Try taking a few of the raunchy comedies off the air like New adventures of the old Christine, and Two and a half men, and give us some real great entertainment and fantasy. I am 39yrs old and tired of seeing the same ol same ol on the cbs line up durring the week. so put these two shows back on before your cbs audience begins a boycot. I will be the first in line to initiate such an action. We want our moonlight, we want our cane.
I love any sci/fi-vampire themed TV show at all. LITERALLY. it's suspense and romance are simply amazing.

This is the best show on TV, period. I only watch about three shows, CSI, Ghost Hunters, and Moonlight, and it is the only one I will not miss!!!
My mom and I get together every friday night to watch, and have been watching DVR'D episodes since the writers strike. We are anxiously awaiting the new episodes starting on April 25th, and also looking forward to a second season!!!
